When placing an order on our website, you will be asked to enter your name, email address, institution and other details, and to upload documents, to allow us to fulfil your order. We do not collect or retain credit card details; you will be asked to provide this information to our payment gateway provider, who handle and store it on their own systems.

We use Google Analytics and Cookies which may also collect anonymised, aggregate information about your visit, such as your country of access or the type of browser you used to access our website. We use these data to improve our service, user experience and analyse how the website is used. We do not collect demographic data such as age or gender.
Our website is intended for professional use by individuals 18 years of age and above. We will use reasonable efforts not to collect or retain any personal information from underage users.
